Recognizing the post-graduation challenges, Mohanta envisioned a haven for geology enthusiasts. Later, Abhisek Mishra and a group of proficient faculty members joined hands with Geo Academy, extending support to MSC Geology students for CSIR-NET, GATE, UPSC-GSI exams targeting Ph.D. pursuits, and careers in PSUs and other government agencies.
